Regan Kwan

Regan Kwan is a Research Associate at The Stimson Center, with prior experience as a Consultant at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) and as a Student Researcher in the Research and Innovation Fellowship for Agriculture at the University of California, Davis. Kwan's research includes evaluating agricultural impact programs in Tanzania and assessing environmental effects of rural development in Zambia. Additionally, Kwan held positions as a Research Assistant at UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy, a Consultant at Watershed Organisation Trust, a Claims Specialist at the Social Security Administration, and a Youth Development Facilitator with the Peace Corps. Kwan holds a Master of Public Policy from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy and an undergraduate degree from UCLA.
