Regan Kwan is a Research Associate at The Stimson Center, with prior experience as a Consultant at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) and as a Student Researcher in the Research and Innovation Fellowship for Agriculture at the University of California, Davis. Kwan's research includes evaluating agricultural impact programs in Tanzania and assessing environmental effects of rural development in Zambia.
