Catherine Brower

Catherine Brower currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Stio® since August 2023. Prior to this, Catherine held several roles at Blenders Eyewear from November 2019 to August 2023, including Director of People & Culture, Senior People & Culture Manager, and People and Culture Manager. Catherine's experience also includes a stint as a Human Resources Consultant at Conscious Culture Co. in late 2019, providing organizational culture solutions to various clients. Additional roles include People Partner at Total People Management, self-employed Human Resources Consultant, and People Operations Manager at Omaze. Catherine's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Spanish from Loyola Marymount University and an extension course in Employee and Labor Relations from UC San Diego.
