Becky Locke

Becky Locke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Stylist at Stitch Fix since April 2021, Becky curates personalized clothing and accessory collections for clients. Prior roles include Director of Talent Development at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, where Becky focused on leadership development, along with a tenure at Thomson Reuters as Sr. Director of Learning & Development, where strategic training solutions were implemented to meet global business objectives. Additional experience includes leadership positions in human resources at Metropolitan Council and previous recruiting roles across various organizations.
