Terry Viness

Terry Viness is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical services and materials engineering. Since November 1997, Viness has served as the Senior Technical Services Manager at Sto Corp., overseeing a team responsible for technical services and product testing, while ensuring code compliance through interactions with the International Code Council and participation in industry-specific hearings. Prior to this role, Viness worked as a Senior Materials Engineer and Lab Manager at Law Engineering, Inc. from March 1987 to November 1997, where responsibilities included field nondestructive testing of concrete and designing concrete and asphalt mixtures. Viness holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
