Karl Walstam

Karl Walstam is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Senior Head of Food & Beverage at Stockholm Live AB since April 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Manager at Five Moments AB from March 2015 to April 2024, and as Restaurang- & Barchef at Quality Hotel Friends from August 2014 to March 2015. Karl's background also features project coordination in event management at SPG Arena Catering AB and Global Eatertainment from 2008 to 2014. Educational credentials include a degree in project management from FEI Företagsekonomiska Institutet, a sommelier certification from Restaurang Akademin, and a Bachelor's degree in pedagogy and organization theory from Stockholm University. Additionally, basic military training was completed at Waxholms Amfibieregemente AMF1.
