Stephen Heaton

Stephen Heaton has over three decades of experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Leader of Hospitality and Chef Lecturer at Stoke on Trent College since September 2019. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions as Chef Lecturer at Trafford College from 2001 to 2019, and at Stafford College from 1999 to 2001. Further experience includes serving as a NVQ Chef and Restaurant Assessor at Spring Training and various culinary roles including Sous Chef and Chef De Partie at The Tytherington Club. Stephen's leadership skills were honed while working as a Catering Manager and Corporate Executive Chef at the 3 Gates Catering Company. Stephen began the culinary career in the late 1980s and has consistently progressed through various chef roles, including Head Chef at Nuneham Nursing Home. Education was completed at St Helens College and Grange Park High School.
