Thomas Molina

Thomas Molina possesses extensive experience in the brewing industry, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Packaging Operations at Stone Brewing since January 2015, where responsibilities include leading the maintenance and engineering team, guiding CAPEX projects, and enhancing OPEX through continuous improvement. Previous roles at Stone Brewing include Sr. Project Manager, focused on expanding facility capacity, and Project Manager, key in the design and layout of a 250bbl brew house in a new Richmond, VA facility. Prior to Stone Brewing, Thomas held positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev as Sr. Brewing Process Engineer and Brewing Area Manager, managing production and improvement teams. Early in the career, a role as Brewing Process Engineer was held at Anheuser-Busch, following a co-op position at Teradyne. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate of Science from Oxnard College.
