Brian Limoges is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious roles. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyards & Winery since July 2023, Brian previously held the position of Corporate Chef at Saison Hospitality Group from June 2021 to July 2023. Other notable roles include Head Chef at Henrock at Linthwaite House with Simon Rogan Restaurants, Chef De Cuisine at Birdsong, and Executive Sous Chef at Quince Restaurant, where responsibilities included reopening after a major renovation.
