Katherine Trickett

Katherine is an associate solicitor in the Commercial Property team.

She previously trained and qualified at a large national firm as a property solicitor with a focus on agriculture and rural land.

Katherine now specialises in advising both education and commercial clients. She advises on acquisitions, disposals, leases and a broad range of landlord and tenant issues in both the commercial and education sectors. Working for education clients has also included acting on a number of academy conversions.

Katherine also advises charities and faith organisations with a focus in the North of England.
