Carolina da Costa

Carolina da Costa currently serves as Chief Impact Officer at Stone and has held multiple prominent roles, including Executive Director for Innovation and Digital Health at Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz, and Board Leader of the ESG Committee at Grupo Boticário. As a Fund Advisor and Partner at Mauá Capital, Carolina focuses on blended finance for sustainable agribusiness. Carolina is also involved with Insper in various capacities including board member and lecturer, and serves on the board for Solidaridad Network in LATAM. Further contributions include membership on the Development Board at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and past positions in business development and marketing at Intellifact International, Sadia, and BestFoods. Carolina holds a Ph.D. in Cognition & Education from Rutgers University, a Master's in Supply & Operations Management from EAESP - FGV and University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor's in Public Administration from EAESP - Fundação Getúlio Vargas, complemented by participation in the PDeC Diversity on Board Program.
