Piers de Wilde

Piers de Wilde, a Partner at StoneTurn, has more than 15 years of experience in business intelligence and investigations.

Specifically, he focuses on pre-transactional due diligence, litigation support, specialist investigations, and strategic intelligence. Working with deal teams, general counsel, law firms, and strategic communications advisers, he has led activist investor defenses, anti-counterfeit investigations, asset traces, litigation support matters, and major fraud and corruption investigations, including U.K. Bribery Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), matters, new market-entry support, and political risk analysis, and supported clients’ strategic communications in complex disputes.

Piers has worked with clients across various industries, including financial services and private equity, consumer goods, energy, extractives, government, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and telecoms.

Prior to joining StoneTurn, Piers was with Berkeley Research Group, where he served as a Director. Previously, he was with FTI Consulting as a Managing Director. He began his career at Aegis Advisory, part of Aegis Defence Services, leading security, and private risk management company.
