Tom's extensive experience encompasses the development and implementation of investment strategies across Europe and Australasia, market research, economic modeling, and advising on optimal real estate strategies. Tom holds a Master of Property Development from the University of Technology Sydney, a Master’s Degree in Town and Country Planning from The University of Sheffield, and a BA in Human Geography from Nottingham Trent University.
