Boris Levine

Boris Levine is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Global Chief Technology Officer and Head of IT Development at StoneX Group Inc. since August 2020, Boris has previously held key positions such as Head of IT Development at GAIN Capital and Chief Architecture Officer at IG, where responsibilities included governance of technology decisions and development of technical strategies. Early in the career, Boris was a CAD Software Engineer at Intel Corporation, focusing on the development of advanced software for CPU design and verification. Boris holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Taganrog State Radio Technical University, complemented by studies at Universität des Saarlandes.
