Michael Remensnyder

Michael Remensnyder is an experienced professional in customer experience and strategic alignment, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Stord since May 2021, where previous roles included Director of Strategic Alignment and Senior Technical Program Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Transformation and CI CX Leader at Ciox Health from May 2018 to May 2021 and as Senior Consultant at CapTech Ventures, Inc from March 2017 to May 2018. Michael's career also features roles as Client Transformation Manager at Ciox Health, Consultant at Colibrium, and Associate Consultant at Manhattan Associates. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a French minor from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
