Rebekah Bostrom

Rebekah Bostrom, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Stord, where leadership of organizational development strategies is paramount. Rebekah has extensive experience in talent enablement and acquisition, overseeing the company's growth from a people perspective, and managing a team of Talent Partners. Prior to Stord, Rebekah was a Team Manager at Huxley, managing a recruitment team focused on high-frequency trading and fintech, alongside personal oversight of quantitative searches and client account management. Recognized for outstanding performance, Rebekah received multiple awards in 2019 and contributed to the expansion of clientele across the U.S. Earlier experience includes management roles in the hospitality sector, overseeing hiring and training, as well as daily operations. Rebekah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
