Sarah Prieto currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Quality at Stord, where the focus is on empowering brands to build integrated supply chains through their supply chain cloud platform. Prior to joining Stord in August 2022, Sarah held various roles at McMaster-Carr, including Strategy and Operations Manager for Customer Experience, where leadership of a customer support team and the implementation of data-driven performance assessments led to above-average quality scores. Additional contributions included launching the Mi Gente @ McM Latinx Employee Resource Group and managing significant operational initiatives within inventory and distribution. Sarah began their career with internships in congressional offices and served as a course assistant at Princeton University, where a degree in Politics was earned in 2019.
