Koy Moody possesses significant experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate at STORE Capital since December 2018, where previous roles included Senior Underwriter and Real Estate Underwriter. Prior to this, Koy held a position as a Land Development Intern at Sunbelt Holdings and worked as a Real Estate Development Analyst at STW Interests, LTD. Additional experience includes a Training & Employee Development Intern role at SWBC and a Marketing Intern position at Taco Cabana. Koy holds a Master of Real Estate with a focus on Land Economics & Real Estate Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University.
