Rashmi Nair

Rashmi Nair is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR functions across the Middle East and Africa. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at StorIT Distribution fzco since October 2024, Rashmi previously held multiple leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services from August 2007 to October 2024, including Head of Resource Management Group for the region, where strategic oversight of workforce management, vendor relations, and compliance was provided. Rashmi also managed the complete employee lifecycle as HR Head for Qatar, and led digitization initiatives enhancing operational efficiency in various processes. Rashmi holds an MBA from IPS Academy, Indore, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sarojini Naidu Degree & P.G College for Women.
