Fred M. Whitaker

Mr. Whitaker is the Managing Partner of Cummins & White, LLP. He brings over 29 years of experience acting as General Counsel for privately held enterprises and has been General Counsel for Storm Industries since 2010. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with Honors and received his JD from Loyola Marymount University, Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. In addition to Mr. Whitaker’s Board involvement, Cummins & White advises the Board of Directors, CEO, and senior management on a host of issues from corporate governance, risk management, litigation, and personnel issues to contracts, real estate, finance, acquisitions, and tax planning.
