Terry Soffera is a seasoned investment management professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Investment Performance at STP Investment Services since August 2023, Terry previously worked as a Senior Consultant for an independent consultancy from July 2019 to August 2023. Notable past positions include Vice President of Performance & Analytics at State Street and Vice President leading operations at Archer - Investment Management Solutions. As a founding partner at Sterling Asset Management, Terry established an SEC registered advisory firm and managed a significant equity fundamental indexing strategy. With a robust background in managing large institutional assets across several firms, Terry has consistently demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, operations oversight, and client reporting. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and further studies at Lehigh University.
