Jos Sperling

Jos Sperling is a Technical Project Manager at STRABAG since November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as a Dual Student in Industrial Engineering at Apleona Group from October 2021 to October 2024, where responsibilities encompassed energy consulting, internal project management, construction management, and project management during startup phases. Jos began a career at Mubea as a trainee in mechatronics from August 2018 to May 2021, achieving a Chamber of Commerce certification as a mechatronics technician in a condensed timeframe. Educational credentials comprise a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, along with certification as a state-recognised energy consultant from IWPro, completed in March 2025. Jos also earned the Abitur at Gymnasium from 2010 to 2018.
