Grace Nieslawski

Grace Nieslawski is an experienced professional in people operations and recruitment, currently serving as a People Operations Specialist and previously as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at Strata Decision Technology since April 2017. At Strata Decision Technology, Grace contributes to a cloud-based financial analytics platform for healthcare providers. Prior to this role, Grace worked as a Technical Recruiter at Brooksource from August 2015 to March 2017, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment lifecycle for IT needs across various industries, including Fortune 500 companies. Grace also held positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from January 2013 to May 2015, and a Human Resources Intern at Elgin Mental Health Center during the summer of 2014, gaining valuable experience in recruitment processes and employee analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and participation in IES Abroad since 2014.
