Dan Regal

Dan Regal is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations and process improvement. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Strategic Factory since May 2023, Dan has also held the position of Principal Owner at Big Branch Consulting and Support Services since March 2018. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Manufacturing at York Wallcoverings from February 2011 to November 2017, and Senior Vice President of Process Excellence at Appleton Coated from September 2007 to June 2010. Dan's tenure at Appleton Coated LLC from 2001 to 2007 as Senior Vice President of Customer and Business Services, and earlier as Executive Director of Logistics at Appleton from 1997 to 2000, further demonstrates a strong leadership proficiency in the industry. Dan Regal holds a BBA in Operations Management from Penn State University and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
