Cherie Vanfleet

Cherie VanFleet is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of People at Strategic Investment Group since May 2024, Cherie previously held the position of Head of Corporate HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CoStar Group from September 2019 to June 2024. Additionally, Cherie was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Common Securitization Solutions from 2015 to September 2019, contributing to the transformation of mortgage-backed securities operations. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Human Capital Management Business Partner at Goldman Sachs in 2014 and as a Master-At-Arms Military Working Dog Handler in the US Navy from 2003 to 2009.
