Harold M. Stratton II

Harold M. Stratton has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of STRATTEC since February 1999. Previously Mr. Stratton has served as Chief Executive Officer of STRATTEC from February 1999 until August 2012, President of STRATTEC from October 2004 to December 2009, and President and Chief Executive Officer of STRATTEC from February 1995 to February 1999. Mr. Stratton is also a director of Twin Disc Inc.
