Michael Heintz

Michael Heintz is an experienced property management professional currently serving as Managing Director of Property Management at Stream Realty Partners since May 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Senior Property Manager at JLL from November 2019 to May 2021 and at Childress Klein Properties from May 2014 to July 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing all building operations, capital expenditures, and financial reports for One Well Fargo Center. Previously, Michael served as a Senior Property Manager at Carr Properties, managing four commercial office buildings in downtown Washington, D.C., and as a Property Manager at Monday Properties, overseeing two Class A office buildings and parking facilities. Michael's career began at Corporate Executive Board as a Lead Generation Associate. Michael holds a degree from Wake Forest University, where studies took place from 2001 to 2005.
