Scott T. Sowanick

Scott T. Sowanick is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and finance, currently serving as Managing Director and Partner at Stream Realty Partners. Sowanick has held various leadership roles within the company, including Managing Director and Senior Director, in addition to a position as a Summer Associate in Development. Prior to working at Stream Realty Partners, Sowanick gained valuable experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Vice President and Associate in European Equity Sales, and began a career in finance as an Analyst in Equity Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch & Co. Sowanick holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
