Zach Fertig

Zach Fertig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the real estate and financial technology sectors. Currently, Zach serves as the Co-Owner of Property Leads and as a Strategic Growth Advisor for Stride Autism Centers, a provider of ABA therapy. Previously, Zach was the President and Co-Founder of Swift Homes, where a significant scale was achieved in a short period. Additionally, Zach held the Director position at National Home Rentals and the Head of US Marketing at Avant, a financial technology company known for its substantial funding and product offerings. Earlier career experiences include roles at BMO Capital Markets in investment banking and a financial analyst internship at The Children's Place. Zach holds a dual degree in Accountancy and Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
