Tyson Baber

Tyson Baber is currently a board member at STRIVR. Tyson previously worked at IBM from August 2006 to July 2014. During their time at IBM, they served as an M&A Business Development Executive, Manager, and Business Analytics. Tyson was responsible for leading and managing various software acquisitions, complex licensing, divestiture and ecosystem development activities. This included the establishment of the IBM Watson Venture Fund and the acquisitions of both SPSS (Predictive Analytics, $1.2 Billion USD cash transaction) and Cognos (Business Intelligence and Performance Management, $5.0 Billion USD cash transaction).

Tyson Baber received their MBA in International Business from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and their JD in Corporate Law and International Law from University of North Carolina School of Law.
