Shawn Domzalski

Shawn Domzalski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investment management and corporate law. Currently serving as a Law Consultant for Strix Leviathan since October 2022, Shawn advises on various legal matters for the crypto-focused hedge fund. Prior roles include Senior Associate in the Investment Management practice group at Paul Hastings, Senior Director of Business & Legal Affairs at Xperi Corporation, and Special Counsel at Sheppard Mullin. Shawn’s tenure at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as an Associate involved advising clients on corporate transactions and governance, while earlier experience includes managerial responsibilities at The Princeton Review. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
