Perry Rahbar

Perry Rahbar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Structured Finance Association since November 2021, Perry has been the Founder and CEO of dv01 since October 2014, leading the world's first data management and analytics platform for lending markets, hosting over 74 million loans and 620 securitizations. Prior to dv01, Perry co-founded Everyday Hospitality, overseeing Sauce Pizzeria, Sauce Restaurant, and Coco & Cru from October 2014 to January 2022. With a robust background in finance, Perry worked as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, focusing on CMBS and Non-Agency MBS Trading from June 2008 to March 2013, and was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns in CDO Analytics and Non-Agency MBS Trading from June 2004 to March 2008. Perry holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Emory University and completed a General Course at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
