Thomas Mulreid

Thomas Mulreid is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Construction Manager at AL CARAT AL MUMAIYAZ CONTRACTING LTD since October 2019, and as Construction Superintendent at Strukton since November 2015, Thomas is responsible for managing various civil and track works projects. Previous roles include Project Consultant at TM CONSULTANT, Site Agent at M.A. Kharafi & Sons, and Civil Works Supervisor at Strabag, among others. Thomas has extensive experience in supervising major infrastructure projects, including rail systems, water intake construction, and road rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality assurance.
