Dayna Trautwein, JD/MBA, currently serves as the Legal Operations Project Manager at Stryker since September 2024. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at PERSUIT® from July 2021 to September 2024, encompassing Director of Customer Advocacy & Community, Client Partner, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Manager of Client Strategy & Success. Previous positions involved managing customer success initiatives at Zywave and senior client services at GovQA, as well as leading solutions consultancy at LexisNexis. Early in the career, Dayna worked as Litigation Counsel in New York, specializing in family law and related matters. Dayna holds a JD/MBA from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Marist College.
