Mathieu Badard

Mathieu Badard is an accomplished executive in the medical technology sector with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager for Joint Replacement and Medical in Europe at Stryker since January 2017, Mathieu also holds the position of Co-chair for the Orthopaedic Sector Committee at MedTech Europe since February 2024. Prior roles include Vice President & General Manager at Physio-Control, Inc., where Mathieu managed operations across EMEA and South Asia, and Business Director at Medtronic, overseeing multiple regions in the Mediterranean and Benelux areas. Educational achievements include an MBA in International Management from ESSEC Business School and the University of Mannheim, as well as advanced leadership training from renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
