Flannery Wilson

Flannery Wilson is a seasoned academic and professional, currently serving as a Professor at San Bernardino Valley College since September 2018. Flannery has extensive experience in software engineering and UX design, having completed over 500 hours of intensive coursework in relevant technologies and methodologies at General Assembly. Prior roles include a Software Engineering Fellow and Chief Editor at Humanities in Transition, where Flannery managed submissions and editorial work. Flannery's teaching history spans multiple institutions, including roles as a Lecturer at the University of California, Riverside, and the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, along with Professor positions at the University of Redlands. Flannery holds a PhD and Master's degree in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Riverside, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Italian Studies and Italian Language and Literature from Barnard College.
