Hamza J. Salim

Hamza J. Salim is an experienced Project Manager currently employed at STV since November 2022. Previously, Hamza served as the Executive Project Manager at the Illinois Tollway, overseeing critical planning and design phases for facilities projects on behalf of the Chief of Facilities and Fleet. Prior to that role, Hamza was the Director of Portfolio Planning and Strategy at the Chicago Housing Authority, where responsibilities included managing the Section 3 and M/WBE Job Order Contracting and Small Business Development Program, fostering contractor growth through training and mentorship. Additionally, Hamza worked as a Program Manager at Chicago Public Schools, managing the Facility Condition Assessment program for over 500 facilities. Hamza holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Northeastern Illinois University, and Associate degrees in Art and Applied Sciences from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College.
