Randall Ortiz

Randall Ortiz is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting for technical roles. Currently serving as a Technical Talent Acquisition specialist at Stytch since February 2024, Randall supports hiring across product and infrastructure engineering, product management, and engineering leadership. Previously, at Iterable from January 2021 to May 2023, Randall played a pivotal role in scaling the company from approximately 400 to 700 employees, hiring for various positions including leadership in multiple technical domains. Randall began the career at Heap as a Talent Sourcer, contributing to the company's growth before restructuring due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience includes a role as Recruiting Coordinator at Aera Technology, where support was provided to a global team of recruiters, and earlier positions at TinyCo, WalkMe™, and Allied Integrated Marketing.
