Scott Wareing

Scott Wareing serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Product Design at Sub-Zero Group, Inc., overseeing a wide range of responsibilities including Product Development, Lab Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Service since February 2018. Prior to this role, Scott held various senior leadership positions at Nidec Motor Corporation, leading operations for substantial motor and gear businesses across multiple global facilities. Experience in operations management was also gained at Emerson, where Scott advanced from Plant Manager to Operations Analyst. Earlier career foundations were established at Ford Motor Company, where Scott contributed as a Product Launch Leader and Product Engineer. Scott Wareing earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
