Dale Hawkins

Dale Hawkins is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in information systems and management. Currently serving as Assistant Senior Manager and Department Head of Information Systems at Subaru of Indiana Automotive since September 2007, Dale oversees a department of 64 associates, managing substantial CapEx and Opex budgets, and successfully implementing major projects such as the greenfield SAP S4/HANA implementation and a comprehensive Cyber Security Strategy. Previous roles include IT Manager at Bruss North America Inc, where Dale built the IT infrastructure and launched production work cells that significantly increased sales, and IS Supervisor at Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, facilitating multi-plant ERP implementations. Dale holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology from the same institution.
