Nicole Walsh

Nicole Walsh is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in instructional leadership and school administration, currently serving as Principal at Success Academy Charter Schools since August 2018, after previously holding the role of Assistant Principal. With a focus on fostering a culture of excellence, Nicole manages over 50 staff members and 500 students while overseeing instructional practices and academic outcomes. Earlier in their career, Nicole gained valuable experience as a 3rd Grade Lead Teacher, driving educational initiatives and collaborating with parents and students to enhance school culture. Additionally, Nicole has interned at prominent organizations such as The Washington Institute For Near East Policy and the Royal Military Academy in Belgium, where Nicole contributed to research and event organization in military and security studies. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University.
