Saroj Adhikari

Saroj Adhikari is an accomplished leader in data engineering with extensive experience in financial data analytics, IT and systems management, and project management. Currently serving as the Leader of the Data Engineering Team at Success Academy Charter Schools since August 2021, Saroj has previously held multiple managerial roles at Argus Information and Advisory Services from February 2014 to August 2021, where significant process improvement strategies were implemented to enhance client satisfaction. Additional experience includes an associate manager position at Asset Maximization Group Inc., an internship at DuPasquier & Co., and various leadership roles during academic tenure at LaGuardia Community College. Saroj holds a Master of Business Administration from Baruch College and multiple degrees in computer and information systems.
