Kayla Vargas

Kayla Vargas is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in teaching and customer success management. Currently a member of Success in Black since December 2022, Kayla previously served as a Customer Success Manager at Unruly Studios from July 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included training, resource creation, and industry representation. Kayla's earlier role as an Educator and Department Head at Volusia County School District spanned from August 2016 to June 2022, focusing on developing instructional materials, conducting needs assessments, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes positions at Gulf District Schools and Caesar Rodney School District, with a strong emphasis on improving student engagement and participation in science. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Tuskegee University.
