Connie Armstrong

Connie Armstrong, J.D., M.S., serves as the Assistant General Counsel for the Southeast Region at Suffolk Construction since September 2024. Concurrently, Connie is a Colonel in the US Air Force Reserve, serving as an Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer focused on disaster response coordination. Previously, Connie held major legal positions, including General Counsel at Harris and Senior Counsel/Associate General Counsel at McGough, providing comprehensive legal management in the construction sector. Connie's military career includes significant roles in the Minnesota Air National Guard, such as Deputy Mission Support Group Commander and Inspector General. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Master of Science in Business Organizational Management from the University of La Verne, alongside various military education certifications.
