Brenda Rossetto

Brenda Rossetto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management and software engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Knowledge Management at SugarCRM since August 2018, Brenda has successfully led process improvement projects to enhance inter-departmental communication and collaboration. Prior roles include Senior Knowledge Collaborator and Knowledge Collaborator at SugarCRM, where documentation of CRM applications and advanced technical articles took center stage. Previous experience at Haemonetics involved software engineering and systems analysis for medical applications, alongside contributions to Java projects and collaboration within large development teams. Brenda's early career includes a position as a Student Developer at the University of Alberta, focusing on artificial intelligence projects, and a role as a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Computer Science from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts in French from Saginaw Valley State University.
