They ensure compliance with local labor laws, oversee hiring and onboarding processes, and implement HR strategies to support the company's growth in sectors such as data centres, energy power & utilities, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverage. The team also focuses on employee development, retention, and cultivating a positive work environment for the 1500+ strong workforce.
