Andy Lim

Andy Lim is an experienced sales and business development professional with extensive expertise in the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Sales APAC at Sulzer since December 2023, Andy Lim manages sales, distribution, and aftermarket operations while overseeing an external service partner network. Prior to this role, Andy Lim held director-level positions at Flowserve Corporation, focusing on distribution sales management and business development for pumps and seals within the region. Andy Lim's earlier experience includes significant roles at Xylem Inc., where responsibilities encompassed product marketing and business development, and ITT Corporation, where leadership of an engineering applications team was undertaken. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from RMIT University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
