Carolyn Shields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property and facilities management. Currently serving as Programme Manager - Innovation and Initiatives and Head of Property & Asset Management at Summerset Group Holdings Limited since April 2015, Carolyn has a strong background in strategic facility management, tender procurement, change management, business process improvement, outsourcing, and cost reduction projects. Prior roles include Group Contracts Manager at New Zealand Post, Special Projects Manager at UGL Services, and various management positions in property and facilities across several organizations. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Valuation and Property Management from Massey University.
