Debbie Welle-Powell

Debbie Welle-Powell, MPA, is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in value-based care, operational management, and strategic development across various roles. Currently serving as CEO of DWP Advisors and a Vice Chair on the Board of Directors at Summit Community Care Clinic, Debbie also contributes as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado Denver Business School. Previously, Debbie held significant leadership positions at Essentia Health, SCL Health, and Exempla Healthcare, overseeing large teams and managing extensive healthcare contracts. Debbie's educational background includes a Master's in Public Administration with an emphasis on healthcare from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's in Social Sciences from Moorhead State University.
