Lucas Allen

Lucas Allen serves as the Divisional Operations Leader at Summit Funding, Inc. since September 2024, after holding the position of SVP of Operations at Open Mortgage, LLC from January 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing Forward and Reverse loan operations, team performance, and compliance standards. Previous experience includes VP/Operations Community Leader at Movement Mortgage (2016-2021), where management of a large operational team resulted in substantial loan volume, and roles at Sutherland Global Services and Accenture focusing on operational management, profitability, and process improvements across various platforms. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Catawba College and has completed coursework in PMP and Six Sigma Green Belt at Central Piedmont Community College.
