Kai Terada-Herzer

Kai Terada-Herzer is an Investment Associate at Summit Partners since July 2021, contributing to a firm dedicated to growth equity and long-term value creation. Previously, Kai served as an Investment Analyst at Summit Partners in the summer of 2020 and as a Summer Associate at HawkTree International in 2019. Early experience includes a role as a Logistics & Operations Intern at Punahou School from 2016 to 2018, a volunteer coaching position with the FirstSwing Foundation from 2011 to 2014, and participation in a global conference as a student representative in 2014. Kai holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Amherst College, awarded in 2021, and graduated from Punahou School in 2017.
